I haven't been hurt by using this product -- no horrible tastes and it hasn't made me nauseous.....but, I have not found this product to benefit me in any noticeable way. NOthing objective or measurable, and no subjective observations.

I have used the DaVinci brand for several supplements and have found them to be of a good quality, this one is no exception. I am not a Dr. so do your own research. This is just what my Dr. has suggested for our mycotoxin / MCAS issues. Liposomal Citicoline is a strong, targeted neuroregenerative supplement. It can be useful if you're dealing with: cognitive dysfunction, fatigue, neuromotor decline, mycotoxin-induced limbic or dopaminergic dysregulation. Liposomal Citicoline has better absorption into brain tissue vs. standard capsules. It's gentler on MCAS-prone GI tracts. It delivers choline without triggering the same excitotoxicity as high-dose alpha-GPC or phosphatidylcholine might in sensitive patients. Since we are in the early detox phase the DaVinci brand is gentler on the gut and immune system. DaVinci has less fillers and higher purity, so better for us at this stage of recovery. It is professionally formulated, has minimal excipients and is better tolerated for sensitive individuals like us. Because Citicoline supports acetylcholine and dopamine, early side effects may include: mild headache, jitteriness, restlessness. If this happens try a lower dose or add calming agents like magnesium or GABA support, perhaps use every other day for a bit. It's worth it if you can work through the side effects. The dropper is conveniently marked to make it easy to adjust your dose as needed. DiVinci is a quality, premium brand and that comes at a price. Depending on your needs I would certainly recommend this one.

This is my first time trying Citicoline. The quality seems good and I absolutely love the flavor. It's kinda taste like a lemon drop but not as sour. Concerning effectiveness, I feel it does what it is suppose to but the effect is very subtle. It seems to slightly ease my brain fog so I can think more clearly and focus a little better. I haven't noticed any negative side effects nor have I noticed any improvement in my sleep which I was hoping it would help with. Overall I like this supplement however given the cost, I am not sure if a will purchase again. I know the company has a great reputation as it's located in my home state and I trust the quality of the ingredients however I still think their supplements are overpriced at least 20% more than what i think they are worth.
