I am not new to using Bach Flower RemediesI am new to the understanding, they only work for me if I am actively working on myself, with intent to improve these things.I've used Holly now, a total of three times and today, I had a thought. It wasn't a good thought, honestly. In fact it was a negative thought towards someone else, a stranger no less.However, as quickly as the thought came in, I easily recognized, this was who I once was, but it's not who I am.I envisioned the dark green words printed on the bottle and spoke the words out loud, "Goodwill towards them".I smiled.
