Q: What’s the ultrasonic frequency? (the Hz)

The guy before is incorrect. All ultrasonic cleaners on the market operate under 50khz. This one is 19khz. I just tested it with an audio spectrogram. And its cheap and bleeds frequencies from 13khz to 22khz.

Q: What’s is the purpose of the plastic tray?

To lift out your trays, retainer, or if you use it to clean smaller items.

Q: Is this machine loud?

It makes noise, I wouldn't call it loud, but it's not quite. It's a little hard to describe, there is a vibrating noise, as well as a low buzz. I'd say the noise is similar to that of an electric toothbrush.

Q: Does only the tip of the UV bulb light up or the whole thing supposed to?

Mine lights about half of the bulb.
