Unfortunately...why have rules if no one is going to abide by them. Nothing wrong with the product....but apparently my family doesn't like rules.

I got this for my mom who is in assisted living home. I also got her the deck of cards to go with it. She is looking forward to playing again.

This book was written so poorly, that I stopped after a few pages and am returning. The author has no grasp of teaching or of the English language. The final steps are written before the beginning steps. I never return books but this one is going back.

Not many pages in book for price. Gives a lot of history, interesting - hard to follow and I'm an avid card player.

A good starting place but wish it had more versions of the game.

I play canasta, and I got this book to help my cardplayer friends to learn to learn the game more quickly and easier than me teaching them. I have a hard time understanding the directions it’s as if I have been playing an entirely different game.If you buy this, I hope you can understand it better than I.
