We bought the battery for an older HP Pavilion laptop and opted for this battery on Amazon. It fitted perfectly and looks and feels just like the original HP one but at a lesser cost. I could not tell the difference if the HP sticker would not be on the old one. In my opinion the quality of the materials used is as good. The sellers description of all the model numbers it would be fitting was also very helpful, especially for an older laptop, to make sure it is the right one.It is in my laptop for over 3 weeks now and works perfectly fine. I did the suggested first full charge before using and unplug the charger when fully charged. It gives me a charge of about 6 hours on a approx. 3/4 battery performance setting. I only have to charge it maybe once again during the day, depending on how much I work with my laptop, i.e. pc games of course take some more battery power and with a few amazon prime movies as well. The battery is great and so is the price. The product was promptly shipped by the Seller too as it came in the time stated and was well and secured packaged. Hopefully it will last me a long time but for now I am a very happy customer and would buy again ;-)

Good product

I have a HP laptop which I have had for years. It still works fine so a shame to throw away. I noticed the battery was running out quickly as it was older. It fits well into the back of the machine as an HP battery. It's good value for money as its a lot less than an "official" HP part. I can't discuss durability as I haven't had it for very long but I was using the laptop for about 2hrs when before it wouldn't last 30 mins without a charge or being plugged into the mains.

Installed and operated no problem.

battery does the job, replaced the old one and the laptop can keep the charge and work without power for an hour easy

Good value battery, early days but does have a lower MAh rating to the HP original, so does not hold charge for as long. Good enough for a couple of hours work between charges. Seems to last for four or five days when not in use before requiring a recharge. However its a budget battery compared to branded version. laptop HP service SW does not recognize the battery but that does not stop it working
