Epson Workforce Pro WF-3823 Wireless All-in-One Printer with Auto 2-Sided Printing, 35-Page ADF, 250-Sheet Paper Tray and 2.7" Color Touchscreen, Black

I have only had this printer for two days now, but I love it! It was very easy to set up. There are no cables from the computer to the printer, because it is done wirelessly. I had some jobs ready for copying. The first feature I tried out was the top multi page feeder. I put in 18 pages and decided I wanted to copy them from one sided to two sided. The touchscreen was extremely user-friendly, and it was easy to figure out how to go from one to two sided. As it started copying the papers, it worked quickly for a home printer, and The printer/copier pulled the first page back and printed on the back and then went onto the next page without any problems. The next job I needed done was taking two pages and printing them on the same side of one page. Again, I was impressed with how easy it was to find exactly what I needed to do on the touchscreen, And then what made it even better was it automatically adjusted the size that I needed in order to fit both papers on one side of a single page. The third job I had to do was scan a document in order to email it to somebody. I do not have it set it up to scan directly to an email, but that is an option you can set up. I had the system set up on my computer to scan and send it to my computer. I was surprised how easy that was to do as well. I also had to print two documents from two different phones, and it was a breeze. I am extremely pleased with this product, and I would recommend anybody who needs a simple home printer/copier to look into this product.

This is probably the sixth printer I've purchased, of which this is the second Epson. My first Epson, which is an earlier WF version, is probably at least ten years old and still operates the same as it did when I first purchased it at least ten years ago. The other three printers were a very well known brand, which I won't mention here, and none survived more than a couple of years each. This brand new Epson WF 3823 took about two weeks to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. It was very easy to set up as it took me all of four minutes to connect to my network and print out my first page. And for $80, I feel like they gave it away.

If you print or scan any more than 5 pieces of paper a month this printer wont work for you. Its annoying junk. Coming back to write I now did a firmware update on this POS and now it won't even recognize the brand new ink cartridges I had in there, doing research and I see that's the entire purpose of this firmware update. Do not buy this printer or anything from this brand.

This is one of the best Epson I’ve ever owned. I’ve only owned Epson due to the Dubre Inc. since I print items and then dye them. I need waterproof ink. I do love this printer, and I can see that over the years they’ve made improvements from my older one to this one. However I have owned Eco tanks to others so I would highly recommend this as a home printer. There’s a little bit of a learning curve when you have the front loading tray just remembering to put the paper or the envelopes in a certain way, but that’s pretty standard with any printer that you buy.

Mostly satisfied with this machine. The worst aspect is the automatic document feeder. I loaded 8 pages into it. These pages were of a good thickness and very flat. The feeder pulled in two pages at once, thus failing to scan one page. I can only imagine that performance will get worse when the machine is no longer brand new. The other issue is that the ink cartridges are extremely expensive. That's OK if you don't do a lot of printing. The printer itself is attractively priced. Other than that the first few days of ownership have been good. Installation onto my iMac went smoothly. Photo print quality is great. The printer is big and heavy, but it is packaged intelligently so that setting it up is painless. In particular, the inner package is a sturdy bag with hand holes. That helps a lot.

I loved the easy setup on this one. I had purchased a different Epson ET and was not pleased with so when this one was on sale, I thought I would give another Epson a try. I love the lower tray load feature and the auto paper feeder that the other one did not have. It also has auto two-sided print that was also missing from my first Epson printer. Over all I am very happy with this printer.

The printer was delivered by the promised time. The package had some serious damage but was well packed and the damage did not reach the printer. The sellers do not tell us if it will work with a linux computer system but it was "plug-n-play" with mine. The printer comes with a wimpy starter supply of ink. I would recommend ordering a set of standard or high capacity ink cartridges when you order the printer.

Minha mãe comprou para o escritório e atende muito bem pela quantidade de documentos que ela precisa sem nenhum problema até agora. Indico a compra. Mesmo sendo produto importado, foi entregue dentro do prazo estipulado.
