How flexible are the elasti-rubber arms? Do they stay in the shape that you bend them or do they "fling" back to their normal position?

If youre talking about the arms that go over your ears, they definitely have an inward curve to them so I had no problems with them staying on and its sufficiently comfortable with not too much pressure but they're perforated plastic (no metal inside) so they will not retain any bend at all.  The nosebridge is rubber coated metal and can be bent and customized to fit and it stays in that position. Hope this helps!

It says it blocks 90% from 400-430nm, what is the percentage after that? I’m looking at these as an indoor daytime solution so some blue light is good

3. Light is composed of multiple colors. If blue light filters are used for a long time in daily life, it may cause visual distortion, which may affect the life experience and even cause some safety issues. For example, we do not recommend wearing blue light filters when driving at night.
4. The spectrum of 400-460nm is usually generated when using electronic device screens at close range. Within this range, our product can effectively block blue light. In non-electronic product usage environments, we recommend that you remove the blue light filter and enjoy life.
