Q: Is this safe to bind with? Im looking for alteratives to classic chest binders, eg. For exercise and swimming

It is safe to bind with but in my personal experience it the corners started to peel off quickly which caused me to develop a cluster of blisters at the end of the piece of tape. To stop this I’d recommend that you cut off the corners of the tape so you’re left with a rounded edge - this way it won’t lift easily and rub against your skin.

Q: Is this an uncut roll or are they already cut into set lengthed pieces?

This is an uncut roll with 5 meters of tape. They have a grid on the back so you can get some exact sized pieces cut.

I have ordered and used this tape a couple of times and it’s of good quality. Sticks well and good elasticity

Q: Would this be suitable for a teenagers knee

These would be perfect for teenagers indeed all ages, excellent quality and price, the precut ones are the best in my opinion. I found if I got someone to help put it on it really helped my torn rotate cuff in my shoulder.
