You have to press really hard with the launch key inserted.
Like the Rocket stand and launcher. Only thing is you have to press really hard on the launch button with the launch key inserted. I almost thought it was broke till we pressed really hard. The launcher is cheaply made but serves it purpose. It was worth the money to see explosive fire launch into the air lol.

It works very well
Excellent lauch pad. We've used multiple times with low and max velocity rocket motors and pad is durable. Very sensitive to direction pointed on launch, so be sure you have it adjusted for the wind:-) Set up and take down is easy and quick.

Just a question?
Everything with the remote control launch pad looks beautiful but for some reason I’m missing the orange piece that goes on top of the plate. The bag was locked on opened and pretty much is zipped up as what I mean. I don’t know if I would send the wrong instructions or if I have a piece missing. Can you please help me? Thank you

Poor value
Found kits locally that include this launcher and a rocket for less than this launcher was. Seems it's better to buy some of this stuff in store than online.
