I get bouts of terrible hemorrhoids. This is a helpful product and it is a much better choice than Preparation H or other drugstore ointments and creams. The trick that makes this very effective is to use one of those plastic sitz baths that sits on top of your commode/toilet. Fill it with warm water and add about 1/3 cup of Epsom salts and have a sit for 15 minutes. After your dry off use this cream and then apply a thin layer of Vaseline on top of this cream.

I purchased this for my FIL, who has edema in his feet. One of his MDs recommended this Diosmin cream for increasing circulation and decreasing edema. He has seen great results. Unfortunately, this cream is very difficult to find worldwide because so many people use it for edema, circulation and hemorrhoids. Highly recommend!

The cream / herbal tablet combo worked great!!!

I received the item yesterday, and after applying it, I experienced a strong burning sensation and irritation. In fact, instead of calming my skin, it actually made my condition worse. I had to resort to using different suppositories to soothe the discomfort. I tried reaching out to customer service to return the item, but unfortunately, I was unable to get a response. I do not recommend this product or company. It was a complete waste of money and time.
