Picked this up to accent my regular weight lifting and because neck workouts would be much easier with this device than trying to balance plates or dumbbells on my head.I want to grow my neck cause it's a super ugly pencil sized one and I look like a freak. I've been using it about two months, about every other day or every third day (flexion & extension exercises don't make my neck sore but the lateral ones certainly do, with that epic stretch, so I can't do it every day), and I've gained about an inch to my neck already.I'm getting close to the point of needing to use weights with it but I don't have plates so have an idea of how I can use my dumbbells lol. The thick band it comes with is very good though and provides a decent amount of resistance, especially if you choke up on it a bit and leave less band between your hand and the harness. I still actually use my own exercise bands for the lateral movement because the band it comes with is too stiff for me on those still.Highly recommended. If you're serious about neck training I'd probably recommend you get the version that comes with the chain as you'll probably need that eventually. I just bought a chain from here on Amazon but I'd say just get that version in the first place if you see yourself progressing in weight with it.

The head piece is comfortable and everything feels like it’s good quality. I had read a little about the benefits of strengthening your neck and decided to check this out. This thing will definitely get you feeling the burn in your neck muscles and so I can see how this would be effective. I just don’t like attaching this to my door and doing neck reps and im honestly a little worried about over straining my neck and hurting myself. Other than that, if you know what you’re doing this thing is great.

The pictures in the advertisement shows multiple men using a chain and weights. Neither of these are going to be in your package. Even though the chains are for sure marked in the description. A resistance band and velco strap to go around your head is certainly not worth 100$. For 20$ yes but not 100$. I will be returning immediately.
