Just what I was looking for.
Powerful enough for all general use and with that bit extra for my ornithological moments. They don't fit into my pocket, but you can't have everything, just most!

Dont buy
I bought two pairs of these binoculars for my friend and I on our trip to the Masai Mara. Having had Bushnells before expected these to be fantastic for purpose. Rarely have I been so disappointed, they were truly terrible. The clarity was awful, the lenses almost blurred. Please consider other binoculars as these really are not worth the money

Bushnell 20X50
Having purchased both the 10X50 and the 7X35 previously and being very pleased with the excellent quality for the money, I thought that the 20X50 would be similar quality, but NO NO NO !! they were dreadful, very poor image quality more like a faded photograph and lacking sharpness at full magnification, also some chromatic aberration ( "rainbow" colours at the edges)They were so bad that I wondered if they were counterfeit, although I've not found any other evidence of this . I sent them back and received a full refund- thanks to Amazon for this.
