Yes, it also can work on the left side. The clip and the dock can be separated.

Q: Can you rotate it so you can use the clamp on top of the computer?

It is not a good product The Wide clip is too stretch and does not fit well. Even For very narrow screen or monitor. Only works for laptops and it does not rotate enough for having an horizontal position. But... for laptop the force of the clip may damage the screen

Q: Is the mount reversible - can this be attached to the left side of the monitor instead of the right?

Yes, either side works. Really good product.
