I have had my nose cauterised twice re using steroid sprays for hay fever and allergies in the last 6 months - I’ve been in a lot of constant discomfort with a dry sore nose , constantly streaming - prickly - itchy - eyes watering - sneezing non stop - my ENT consultant told me to buy this yesterday - but you can only get it on Amazon he told me - I ordered it and it was delivered the same day thank you ! - omg it’s a miracle - I’ve been so much better after one use last night and have used it now twice today - itching gone - prickly gone - sneezing improved massively - no runny eyes - thank you 🙏 it’s an amazing product - a life saver !!!!

Have bought this product before. Find it quite good at helping with nasal dryness.

I was recommended this by my ENT consultant having tried various other products for dry nose following surgery. This stuff is great. It. Smells lovely. With a hint of satsumas. You only need a small amount - one spray and it keeps the nasal passages moistened for hours.

It’s good quality German made and works well. Don’t use to much as it can make your throat itch and cough.

It is really wrong to sell a nasal spray in the UK that has no clear instructions for use in our language and am very surprised Amazon allow it. The box and instruction leaflet are printed in German! Nasal sprays can do damage if not used in accordance with instructions.

I was recommended this product by an ENT consultant and initially it didn't work as I had an area that needed cauterising. Have suffered with inflammation, discomfort and bleeding but after using the product for a month I have not had any more bleeding so am hoping this has put a stop to my discomfort and I can start to feel normal in that area again.

Got it as it was recommended from a cousin to help with the nose dryness issue. Used for two days only, and it didn’t helped much It makes the nose so oily and some times block it It try to keep using it for a little while maybe it will work Try not to use more than one bump in each nose

This has soothed my sore nose. My only issue is the lack of a translation in the instructions. Unfortunately I’m like most British people and can only speak English. I wish I could speak German!
