It does not stick to the floor we have so the sit up portion does not work, and the bands a so stretchy barely any resistance.

This machine is horrible. The resistance would probably make sense for a 6'3" 5-year-old. It is not put together well. The resistance bands are extremely long and weak. The body of the machine itself is extremely lightweight and not durable at all.It is made out of some type of cheap plastic. This is an extremely useless piece of machinery. I highly advocate against wasting money on this machine.

Good product fast shipping only problem I had is the suction cup wouldn't stick to floor

The product is very easy to use and can train different muscles very well. Great to use at home, ordered this for my boyfriend as a gift. He loves to work out so I thought it was a perfect gift and I highly recommend it.

Just a reminder to exercise. It's better than the bare ground and good for my wrists. I got some injuries before.

This makes doing push ups more fun! I like that I can adjust it to several different positions to work different muscles. The resistance bands are great too. Very easy to use and install.
