Solid. True HDMI 2.1
These ports are solidly built. It seems to be HDMI 2.1.I appreciated the 45 degree angle. However, if you install these in a 3-port wall plate or 3-port insert and along an exterior wall, you might need to order and play with a variety of 90 degree HDMI 2.1 adapters to keep them shallow and from crashing together. Also, make sure you can get your monstrosity to fit back through the hole you cut in the drywall.

Purchased for 4k but 8k was same price
Nice thin keystones for mountUsing with toslink, cat6, usb-3 for my new 70" 4k tv. Works great

Great connector and is the latest version of HDMI
Great connector easy install into Keystone Wall Plate. Got these because they are the latest and most up to date version( HDMI version 2.1). Alot of the other sellers are selling lower versions of HDMI for example 1.4, or 2.0. Why would anyone want to use a lower version of technology is beyond me. I recommend this product.

Not HDMI 2.1
None of the 12 couplers that I tried could do 4k and HDR at the same time. I think it's unlikely that two separate batches were bad, so I think it's safe to say these aren't actually HDMI 2.1.
