Although I use it mostly for my coffee machine (it's much cheaper than the manufacturer's brand) it can be used for other things, such as removing stains from mugs, glasses, cutlery, etc. (Especially tannin.) I used it once to clean a sink - two tablets, fill with hot water and leave.

Good price, hard to tell if they work. When my machine asks for cleaning tab, I use this. Machine has been functioning fine for many many years.
