Root Touch Up Color + volume 2 in 1 Spray is fast drying, oil free, water-resistant, similar to a dry shampoo and not designed to cause sticky results.

Q: My younger daughter wants black hair like Wednesday Addams....would this do the trick and wash out well from her blonde hair??
