Q: What is the width from center of armrest to center of other armrest ?

I’m 275lb 5’6” and the width for hips and shoulders isn’t impossible or terribly uncomfortable, but I do feel snug. Not squeezed, but snug. If you go into it understanding THAT then you will be plenty satisfied :-) I know I am.

Q: What is weight capacity for seat

The website states the pneumatic upright walker has a weight capacity of 300 lbs. However the seat width is only 18 inches and the distance between the handle bars is 20 inches so it's a tight fit for a large person.

Q: If an prescription is provided will this item covered under medicare?

I believe wheelchairs are covered. Don’t know about this though. They probably only cover the basic walker. I don’t really know. B

Q: Do the wheels turn 360° in the front?

Yes the wheels do turn 360 , Also I have to say this is great for walking on ground that is relatively smooth (park, lawn concrete) If you get it on rough ground you have to be careful for holes and rough areas. The seat is a great height for getting up and down. The cargo pouch is so handy.
