FInally an electroyle that works during fasting and keto. Mixes well, and disolves easily, does help with hydration particulary if fasting and doing Keto or low carb diet. Did help reduce symptoms of fasting and worked quickly. Less fatigue and value for money. However it does have a slight salty taste, but that's okay for me in coffee. In low sugar squash it does mask the salty taste.

I usually just put it in my water with a bit of squash and I get the same effect as expensive tablets without the cost. If you don't stir your drink, or mix it up, it can be a bit gritty, but aside from that I've no issues with the product. I'd happily buy this again. In fact, I know it's going to be a repurchase already. You get so much for the price, and you even get a little scoop inside the bag so you're not having to eyeball how much product you need, so it's super easy to get the right dose.

Use this in my juice when I'm at the gym does help keep me hydrated, do notice a slight salty taste, but not to bad.

Great value! Just a basic no frills electrolyte powder that you can add to your drink or to water. Yes of course its slightly salty.It an electrolyte powder!. But it's not too strong and doesn't taste bad. It's not the best as dissolving but honestly, it does the job at an amazing price. This is my go to electrolyte powder and always will be.

Magnesium Oxide is the likely culprit and possibly Potassium Sulphate, both harsh forms. Otherwise an excellent quality supplement.

As others have started it is very salty. I found it dissolved easily. It's to early to notice any difference at the moment but it's cheap and has everything you need to replenish your electrolytes so all is good. Just get ready for a salty taste. I will be mixing it into squash from now on.

Great product - without any sugar or add-ons. For everyone expecting NO Flavour at all... you must be delusional. Yes of course it has a salty taste. It's salt after all. Just use a pinch in your water and you will be fine. Don't bother with the scoop provided.
