OXO Good Grips 60 ml Mini Angled Measuring Jug, Transparent/Red

It’s decent sized & the measurement viewing is simple but effective, the markings do work a treat. It’s sturdy as is the handle this was a concern for me but it’s solid. I personally haven’t used it in the microwave or a dishwasher but it is meant to be safe for both so I’ll assume that it is? My BIG issue that weren’t mentioned in the product review & I didn’t see it mentioned in fellow customer reviews was if it would be alright with boiling water poured straight into it & the result (as pictured) is yes it’s absolutely fine with boiling water being poured straight into it (I use it for tea in a Thermos amongst other things) it’s a fine jug, it does its job well.

Thank you. An excellent product. Easy to grip safely and very clear measuring increments in millilitres, fluid ounces and the measurement of a tablespoon! The measurements are easy to read for older people or those less able. I think this is a wonderful product for any kitchen.

Great little cup/jug. It's for measuring our iced coffee concentrate out (which we nee din 30/60ml measures) so this is perfect.... bit of a weird use but this could not be better solution. Well made and the tilted measurement readings and ace and nice and clear. Happy.

Really handy and good quality, the grip is removable for cleaning

Bought this to help with making drinks for my wife. She is bed bound and has to keep hydrated and have a balanced intake. The internal measures are clear and east to read and the jug easy to handle.

Having purchased, and been pleased with the quality of other Oxo Good Grips products, I decided to buy this jug. Previously purchased (cheaper) plastic measuring jugs had after a while failed to work for their intended purpose, due to repeated cleaning in the dishwasher, leading to the measuring scales flaking off the side of the jug. The 1 litre measuring jug is the larger of three sizes available (250ml, 500ml & 1 litre) in the Oxo Good Grips angled measuring jug range. The measuring scales on both the side and angled ridge of the jug are up to 1000ml and 32 fl. oz, and in intervals of 50ml and 2 fl. oz respectively. A new version of this jug is available, which includes the scale for US Cups, however at the time of writing this newer version is considerably more in price. The angled measure makes it much easier when cooking, as it avoids the need to crouch down to see if you've added the correct amount. Additionally the scale on the angled sections is backed by a white laminate, it will hopefully stand up well to repeated dishwasher cleaning. I agree with other reviews that this jug is probably not the best if you're looking to use it for heating food in the microwave, however if like me you intend only to use the jug for baking, then this will do the job. The spout comes to a very sharp point, which makes for a very good poor and the contoured handle is very comfortable, which is especially useful when needing control of heavy full jug. In summary I would recommend this jug, it's well designed and well made.

Ok, non è scenico. Certamente quando sono in giro mi porto i soliti jigger tradizionali per non sembrare il barman inesperto che ha bisogno del misurino. A casa tuttavia questo jigger risolve completamente il problema di avere diversi jigger e la scala permette di misurare con precisione. L'ho testato con i miei jigger e la scala graduata è precisa. È molto più robusto di quel che sembra in foto tra l'altro. Tutto sommato vale davvero l'acquisto.

Es magnífico para la coctelería, sus medidas son muy precisas, comprobadas con una balanza, el tamaño muy adecuado y el diseño permite una lectura muy clara.

I had the larger OXO angled measuring cups, which I love because they're so easy to use and to read. I first bought one of these years ago because I thought it was cute. I had no idea how useful it would be. My first one died a tragic death in a fire, and this replacement is even better. In addition to the cup, ounce and tablespoon markings my old one had, this one has metric and teaspoons. Basically, if you ever measure out liquids in quantities of 1/4 cup/60 ml or less, you'll love this mini measuring cup.

I purchased this solely because it was made by Oxo despite lower priced similar products. I have other Oxo products that I am very satisfied with and was not disappointed in any way with this one. I do believe Oxo sets a standard of quality and value that is almost unrivaled. I have never been, at least so far, with any of the Oxo products I have purchased which include vegetable peelers, salad dressing cruets, salad spinner and mandolin. Their designers clearly use the products they make. Why look any further than Oxo?
