Q: It's tsa approved? can it run 2 c paps

I know you can run several devices at the same time not aure how much juice you c pap pulls. For the price i would just get 2 seperate gensrock units

Depends on how much output you need. This will charge phones and things like that easily. Even though it has a dc output it isnt enough to run a coffee pot. Its capacity is also pretty small. I recently used it for a camping trip and charged phones easily. I also plugged in a device that charges vape batteries. Charging 2 vape batteries completely drained it.

Q: Could I yse as UPS when not using as portable charger? I wanted to plug Internet modem into it and keep the genrock plugged in all the time.

yes but you must show a load on to keep it from powering down >>usb-c or 120vac plug<< before doing this figure out how much of a power load will need , in my case it powers a cat water blow (for about 76 hours) my computer 15 minutes the t.v. 3 minutes ,coffee maker one brew
