Q: Is this broad spectrum (uva and uvb) protection??

I don't know if they have both, but the wipes overall do not provide protection. They were very dry and did not "wipe" well at all. Adding a small amount of water to help work up the lotion was not helpful either.

Q: Does this contain zinc or octylsalicylate

No, this product, in spray and wipes is the only i could find that does not include zinc. The wipes dont work that great but the spray does

Q: Can this be used on cats?

The fine print on this product does not mention cats...it does say "compares to SPF 15 rated sunscreens for people" Think I would check with the manufacturer ...I would not try tillI found out from my vet, or the manufacturer.
