Worth paying for the quality
Replaced a cyber power, expensive but you get what you pay for with the batteries. Nice and quiet, high capacity and really quiet. No software anymore, web panel, works well enough.

More than enough power to keep your running smooth and safe.
Having used many APC products in my professional life, I wasn't surprised to find the fantastic quality of this product. I was a little confused by the connections and interfaces (a USB to RJ45 cable...really?!), but that may just be because I'm used to the commercial kit. After thoroughly reading the manual though I did get everything setup as I needed. Works exceptionally well with my Synology NAS, once plugged in the NAS set itself up before I even found the options! I was having quite a few issues with input voltage irregularity prior to getting this, but once I set the UPS to it's maximum sensitivity, everything is working perfectly. This capacity will run a four-bay NAS for two and a half hours however, so I'm going to get a smaller unit for the NAS and move this to my main rig setup instead. The only downside is that although you can set the screen to turn off after a set time, there seems to be no way to disable the button LEDs so the unit always gives off a white glow which can be a little annoying at times. As a final note, I had my NAS running straight from the mains for around 5 months prior to getting this UPS and never had an issue; after only having it setup for a few weeks, something blew and caused a huge surge which took out a many other electronics. You really never know when your luck is going to run out so make sure you're prepared, I could have lost 10TB of data if I didn't have this UPS.

Easy to use and setup
Product arrived on time, and well packaged. Really easy to setup and instructions are clear. Battery arrives disconnected for safety, and unit self tests and charges when plugged in. APC even include a test passed note attached to the side of the unit to confirm it has passed their internal checks. Haven't tested the capacity of the device however I expect it to be sufficient time to power down in the event of a power loss, but not enough for sustained usage. Overall a good product.

Very good UPS.
This is used in my office and powers various monitors, printer, network, NAS drive and laptops. In total it’s running a load of around 250 watts and showing a battery runtime of around 40 mins which is more than enough to cope with most domestic power outages. My guess is that when the time comes the only downside will be the battery replacement will be expensive. I also own two Cyberpower UPS’s and the batteries for those cost about £17 whereas the APC is over £100 if you go with a genuine APC one. Just one to think about a couple of years down the road. Apart from that. It is easy to install has 10 IEC sockets on the rear (all surge protected and 5 covered by the battery). Also, has surge protection for your network which is great if you have network cables that run outside of the building and also helps to remove noise over longer cable runs.

No service is provided after the 2-year guarantee expires.
I purchased it in September 2022, and it worked fine until October 2025, when it suddenly crashed with no apparent reason. After a long exchange of emails with resetting advice, since there is no possibility of telephone support, I was informed that UPS replacement was the next step, without any attempt to find the fault and repair the device. When I asked about the service, the answer came as: "Thank you for your reply. We apologize; we only process an in-warranty replacement." This means that even a minor fault after 2 years means scrapping the device and buying a new one. One thing is certain - my next purchase will not be from Schneider Electric.

Doesn't ship with a kettle lead so check if you need one when ordering. Simple to use.
Very easy to install and works strait out of the box. Home users note, it doesn't ship with a "kettle lead" (three point wall plug to UPS power input), so check you've got one spare or add one to your order (e.g. plugging into a desktop PC you simply use the PC lead for the UPS, then use one of the two leads supplied with the UPS to complete the supply to the PC). The unit is slightly smaller than your average shoe box so it's easy to hide away under a desk etc. Finally, as a retired IT pro I've used APC for years without issue. Their build quality tends to be very good.

Great product - left in rain when delivered
This product was bought is an upgrade to an existing CS350 as I needed more power to keep the NAS box, Ethernet switch and broadband router all alive during power cuts. An added benefit is surge protection as a recent storm took out my old router and phones as they were not on a protected supply. This model has a visual representation of power so is more useful. The USB port is useful in that the NAS can enter a managed shut down when there is less than 10% battery power remaining. Let down by Amazon delivery who 'claimed' handed to resident despite my being out and not following the safe place to deliver the item instruction and just left the box in the drizzle. Impressed with the APC UPS, but far less so with the delivery on this occasion.

Perfect for my 3D printer during very short power cuts.
Purchased to handle the rare split second power cuts we get in our area. Connected only to my Qidi Plus 4 3D printer. It will power the Qidi Plus 4 for only 7 minutes when the printer is at full power. It is also disappointing to see the 5 bar battery charge level indicator drop from 5 bars to just 3 the very second the unit is activated. Useful menu items like power being drawn etc. Very heavy and extremely well made. Very clever battery shipment case. Not connected during shipping, remove the cover, pull the battery out and reverse it. Up and running in seconds. It doesn't come with the mains connection cable because you use your piece of equipments mains cable and then use the included C14 cables to plug the UPS into your equipment.

Very Good UPS but a little bit over priced

Working well so far. Almost threw the leads in the bin as they were tucked in the end of the box outside the main area. Bought leads then I felt the weight in the end of the box when throwing out and found them. Highly recommend

I had one like this, the older model at least in 2009 in the US. I have already tried two other UPSs in Egypt and it feels like I am in a factory from the fan noise. I found this and it is an excellent UPS, but the battery terminals (battery comes disconnected for safety) were sunk in. I managed to bring them back out and since this is very difficult to find in Egypt, I will contact APC for a battery replacement instead of returning it. The UPS box is factory sealed, so this left Thailand like this; yes, it is made in Thailand. Battery failed to charge. Update: The full unit replacement had the same problem and worse; this was produced in 2019. A lead-acid battery in the terrible storage conditions in Egypt will not last for 4 years in scorching heat and humidity. Major fight with APC and escalations and it has been replaced. This is great UPS but not in Egypt where batteries are poorly stored.
