Bought this the beginning of February here it is the end of October and it is broken! For $55 I would have thought it would last at the least a year I use it once a day will not be getting this again

I bought this for the small size and nice design. The first day it worked fine! I ran water through it a couple times to "clean" it. Made 2 mugs of coffee and it was okay. Today, (day 2) I poured water in and hit the button... steam everywhere, coming out the top and bottom of the pod area, loud noises and a trickle of coffee. I hit the button a second time, same thing and another trickle. Had to hit the button a third time to clear all the water out of the basin. Coffee had a burnt taste.Gave it another shot with a second pod and it worked ok, but still a little "steamy" and loud. It did brew the entire cup this time but still that burnt taste. Also, day 2, the rubber "0" ring on the travel mug came off. Can't get it back on and now lid doesn't fit.Definitely returning this for a refund. So not worth the cost .

I barely use this machine because I work somewhere where I get free coffee. I bought it in March it is now June. Barely past its return window and just stopped working. I push the button & three little drops come out and then it stops and it doesn't get hot at all. Less than 4 months. Cheap garbage, I guess you get what you pay for.

If you enjoy coffee (a lot), this product is okay as a second coffee brewer for upstairs or the office. But certainly not as your primary coffee maker. My most significant issue is that there are no coffee cup size settings. So if you do not want a full travel mug of 14oz at each brew and if you what anything less than 14oz, you must measure the water to the size you want. Perhaps, that should be noted in the description. Other than that, it makes a decent cup of coffee as a secondary coffee maker.

This little coffee machine is perfect for guests! you dont need a 200 dollar Keurig! lol

This coffee maker takes up less room on the counter than a Keuriq, it is quieter and you can program it so you have a hot cup of coffee waiting for you when you wake up. Recommend.

Straight out of the box the back part where the bar attaches to the frame was busted. It's not a shipping issue since the shipping box was in perfect shape. The actual box the coffee maker came in was less so. The flap that secures the lid was gone and the box had marks of wear and tear that were not caused by shipping since the Amazon box it came in had no marks at all. It's a nice looking coffee maker but with the lid not staying down properly I am unsure how it will work with our k-cups since those require pressure in order to puncture the pod. I've given this very low stars because of it coming damaged. The first picture is of the damage. The second, third, and fourth are of the coffee pot's box. The fifth and sixth pictures show the results of the damage in that the lid does not close completely and the final, seventh image, is of the tiny broken pieces that were laying in the bottom of the box. Time will tell if my ratings change. Since I just received it I have only attempted to clean it currently. Will update my ratings dependent upon if I get it replaced and am able to use it properly.
