Q: My controllers don't seem to be charging. Anyone got any suggestions on how to trouble shoot?

Common problem as the batteries are really cheap. Not cheap to reach though due to stupid design. You could try getting more from supplier but they will be same rubbish. It will cost you £15 for similar ones on Amazon. I just bought standard rechargeable ones which we have to charge separately but I got 4 for £8 with same capacity which also means if they run out I have 2 ready charged.

Q: This is not charging my headset or controllers passed 30%

I just got mine and similar headset charges fine, but controllers just do as they please, initially only to 30 + 40 % then 40+50%, then randomly all 3 lights lit red and controllers made it to 80+90% then stopped when picked up to check and now wont show red again, also my stand and battery connection for the controllers isn't as pictured, there bottom orientated not side contacts, they feel firm and secure when docked but if they dont consistently charge thats going to be an issue

Q: this does not come with an instruction manual how do I set it up. How do you attach the magnets?

1. Plug the USB-C connector into the headset. 2. Insert the batteries into the controllers & use the 2 new battery covers instead of your original ones. 3. Connect the base unit to a power source using the included USB cable. 4. Place the headset & controllers into the base unit & leave until the lights turn from red (Charging) to Blue (Charged)

Q: Newbie idiot here. is this the best charger for quest 2? does it come with uk adapted plug? is it secure enough?

No plug is included just a USB cable. I connected my original charger as it has a longer cable) As for best I cannot say but it charges both the controllers (batteries & covers included) which last long enough for most peoples gaming sessions. Also has a small dongle to allow the headset to be dropped into the charger & charges at the same rate as plugging in the charger directly. Only niggle is that the controllers sit in the slots a little loosely so you may need to adjust them slightly & ensure the lights are on on the charger. Even with this niggle it does the job as it should & is a bargain compared to prices of many others available.
