Great product! Energising too!

After using this for a few weeks now, I don't think it makes any difference to my diet. I'm disappointed.

I don't like the product as I don't know what aspect of my weight has been managed as I didn't feel that my appetite was surpressed or that my energy levels were boosted. I wasn't clear how to take the tablets, I began one at the start of the day and one at the end; further into the month I opted for two at breakfast. I genuinely didn't feel any different, not even a placebo effect. The title can appear to be misleading as I didn't slim but further down it does mention weight management but doesn't make any specific claims. I personally don't feel these are worth the money especially as I actually gagged a little whilst taking them.

I lost about a stone in weight using this Coffee Slim product but I feel it was me cutting down on my normal intake of food while taking it that I lost that weight...

Having started an alternative product trial, I asked my OH to test these. The capsules are well pavkaged, easy to swallow, the instructions are comprehensive and the blister packaging guarantees hygiene. He has been taking them for 2 weeks though and has seen no results so far.

I should be writing a detailed review for this product, but I can't. Simply put - the tablets didn't have any effects on me. None. Zero. I've tried regular raspberry ketones before and whilst they didn't help my weight drop, they did help with water retention a little bit. However these tablets didn't even help in that regard, nor did I feel the effects of the caffeine the way I do when I've had a caffeinated drink. These pills did absolutely nothing for me, and I followed the guide exactly.

Taking these caps as described, 1 cap twice a day. I haven't noticed any changes to how i feel after meals. I still eat the same quantities of food. Regular meals throughout the day at regular intervals. Which have a mixture of proteins, carbs and fats. No side effects to report. No benefits either. No accelerated fat loss. No additional energy from the caffeine content. But I'm not someone who is very reactive to caffeine content in products anyway. I can see these being useful, purely as a placebo for someone whose diet has somewhat stagnated. Just giving them that edge in their mind that they may need.
