I have gone through several pairs of crampons as we call them in Vermont. I live where winter is rough. You need winter gear that stands the test of time. These are the best pair of crampons I've ever purchased . I have bought pairs 4x as expensive and ultimatly been disapointed in the overall quality of how long they lasted before malfunctioning in some way

Easy to fit. Good safety instructions. More expensive than some other options, but safety equipment isn't something to "find a deal" efforts. I've recommended these to my entire 25 worker team.

Fast delivery. Good packing. Seem like good quality and fit well. Initiated with a 2 hr hike and performed well on the ice. Made sure all carbides were tight before hike. Be interesting too see how they do long term but so far so good. Sizing chart is accurate. Easy to put on. For the price they are worth a shot.

My husband and I are elderly, so falling on icy surfaces is a concern. We have a little dog that needs to be walked every day, and have busy lives, with many commitments, so just staying in during snowy or icy conditions is not an option. We decided that something to help prevent slipping or falling was a good idea, and bought these because of the reviews. They are mad in Canada, where there is LOTS of ice, and they work great!! Very secure and effective!! My husband puts his on and off his shoes, whereas I just leave mine on a pair of snow boots.

Former Yaktrakker that grew weary of dealing with shoddy thin rubber construction and dangerously sharp coil spring ends. Went with these a couple years ago and have never looked back. Robust build and no stupid coil springs to work loose and potentially injure you. Works on everything from trainers to pack boots. And now having replaceable cleats is a real bonus (hello 1-star reviewer who complained about no replacements included, it CLEARLY says they are sold separately). Designed in Canada, Made in Taiwan. Very highly recommended.
