Q: I have the lian li galahad aio 360 rgb uni fan sl120, if i buy two kits of 3 sl120v2 fans and one individual sl120v2, will they all be compatible?

Yes, the 3 pack comes with a RGB/fan controller as well. If you need to use the version 2 fans on radiator, then I would suggest use the single pack fan as well because it comes with PWN and RGB connector that you will need to plug in to the aio header on your motherboard. The 3 pack does not have that connector because you need to plug it into the controller that comes with it.

Q: How come it's 1200rpm? Shouldn't it be 2000rpm? is this another version?

These are the Uni fans V2 specifically. The rpm is 2000. Must be typo. The connect3 software adjusts fan curves based on percent of rpm anyway, not rpm itself.

Q: Will the uni fan sl140 v2 "without controller" work on lancool 216rw cases controller, or do i need to buy the "with controller" version?

If you connect it directly to a fan header yes

Q: Do the fans light up? Or is it just the shroud?

The hub of the fan does not have rgb. Only that border you see in the picture lit up has the rgb.
