FITS True Wireless Gaming Earbuds, Custom Molded Fit, Lightspeed + Bluetooth, Four Beamforming Microphones, PC, Mac, PS5, PS4, Mobile, Nintendo Switch - White

I purchased the original FITS earbuds, the UE FITS and promised myself I would never purchase another Logitech product. The UE FITS were extremely comfortable after molding the ear tips to my ears and the sound was pretty good, however, the bluetooth connectivity was horrible. It was a 50/50 change whether they would connect to a particular device (most often they wouldn't) and another 50/50 chance that they would stay connected (usually they would disconnect). Needless to say, they were the most frustrating earbuds I ever owed and eventually I through them out and either used my Apple Air-pods Pro or Bose QC Ultimate earbuds. Well I broke down and purchased the G FITS off of Amazon so I could return them quickly if they had any connection woes. To my surprise I have not had any issues connecting them to my PC, iPhone, Apple TV, Mac Studio or iPad Pro. I haven't tried it on my Steam Deck or PS5 yet but I am confident I will not experience any issues. I was also able to connect them to my iPhone and to my Alienware PC Windows 11. The sound is awesome, better then the UE FITS and the battery life is good. Of course it goes without saying that these are the most comfortable earbuds on the market. There is only one area it falls short of and that is ANC. There is not ANC feature with these earbuds, however, there is passive noise canceling. After performing the heated ear-tip molding process the earbuds will fill the cavity of your ear blocking out a lot of the ambient noise around you. While not as good as ANC, the PNC allows for a lighter earbud which can be sold less expensively. If you are in need of a set of earbuds which are also supposed to be great for gaming then these are the ones you should buy. You should also purchase them if you want the most comfortable earbuds you can buy at a decent price. I am extremely satisfied with these earbuds and I am very happy I gave Logitech another chance.

This has got to be the most frustrating product I have ever used. To set up the device you need to download the app. No problem, easy! I. Now you need to have your phone talk to the headphones. How? Bluetooth. Now you would think that's basic thing. Bluetooth had been around forever. No. This headphones absolutely do not want to connect to your phone via Bluetooth. I will absolutely bring shame to the family if I spend more than ten minutes to connect to Bluetooth device. Oh, how long did it take me? one. and. a. half. hour. Mind you that this headphones use UV light to form the ear tips to your ear so the longer I spent time trying to connect, the worse. The problem doesn't end after 1.5 hours trying to connect via Bluetooth. After finally connecting to my phone, the app says my headphones are low on battery. Great! Another 15 minutes out of the box and not doing the molding process! Okay so once it has enough battery, it started the setup process. Pretty simple. Sounds great. Fit great! But hold on, if you are using Logitech MX Master 3s mouse, or Logitech MX Keys Mini, or any devices that use Logitech Bolt Receiver, I am sorry to say that the Bolt Receiver's signal interferes with Logitech Lightspeed Receiver. If you read the above paragraph carefully, you will notice that both Bolt and Lightspeed receivers are made by the same brand! Yes, the two products of the same brand are not compatible with each other. One last thing, once you connect to your phone, finish the molding process, switch to Lightspeed receiver to test it out with PC, you will have a very hard time connecting it back to your phone. The very same phone you had been using 5 minutes ago to do the molding process. This is ridiculous. I had spent another 15 minutes trying to reconnect via Bluetooth but unsuccessful. And to make thing worse, even though the headphones do not want to connect via Bluetooth, the app somehow shows how much battery left on each earbuds. So the headphones are communicating with my phone somehow but absolutely do not want to connect via Bluetooth to let me listen to music from my phone If you want it to work with only one device and decide not to change to other devices, this is a great product. But if you decide to change from devices to devices, you will have a really bad time with it

I bought these a while ago, by far my favorite earbuds. Recently put a family member onto them as well and forgot how difficult these are to get working! Their G Fits app is not great for step by step connection, if it’s not working there are no prompts to help you figure out whats wrong. I called tech support and they were no help, just said to return and get a new pair. I ended up trying to figure it out on my own. IF YOU BUY A PAIR I RECOMMEND CONNECTING TO A COMPUTER WITH LOGITECH G HUB FIRST! Plug in the dongle it comes with I saw it needed a firmware update on g hub, updated and attempted to connect again and they worked fine. Still love the product, very comfortable, very good sound quality, microphone is good, and battery life lasts me all day. no complaints for the product itself. Highly recommend if you can be patient with connecting them.

Great product overall, very happy with it. Can use it for hours at a time, with no discomfort. I'm using them for business meeting videocalls, so built-in mics work great too. I also wear them in a gym. They will stay in your ear no matter which position you exercise in. Combined with a good passive noise cancellation this helps you be in your own rythm while also allowing you to cool down. Usually you have to choose between noise cancellation of the large earmugs and increased heat dissipation while exercising that earbuds provide. With these you can have both. Would definitely recommend.

Pedí estos audífonos para mi PC ya que juego mucho en mi computadora y usar audífonos completos me lastima ya que uso lentes. vi estos audífonos y decidí comprarlos. Ya estaba familiarizado con la tecnología lightspeed de logitech y sin duda no decepcionan. NO cancelan el ruido, pero al ocupar mucho espacio dentro del oído, atenúa el ruido externo. El setup es fácil y rápido! 10/10 hasta el momento

Molding the pieces are fine, getting them to connect to your phone, fine.. Trying to use them on your computer? The worst experience. Not only do they not connect half the time, but when they do it just stops working. Sound just doesn't come through clear. Not real good guides out there to help you connect to your pc. If you forget to turn off your Bluetooth on your phone it just randomly decided to connect to that instead. Even while your already using them and its connected to your computer. Good idea, not executed well.

Je voulais quelques chose de petit et léger que je pouvais amener partout avec moi et qui puisse me servir autant pour jouer sur consoles et pc que pour écouter de la musique sur pc ou téléphone. Grace a logitech c'est fait! Gros point positif: La polyvalence! Testé sur: PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, XBox Series X, Iphone 12 pro max et samsung galaxy S10 Une autre chose que j'ai beaucoup aimé mais qui fait débat, c'est le "moulage" qu'on doit faire au tout début, lors du premier allumage des écouteurs. Ça ne chauffe pas trop! A en entendre certains, ils ont fini a l'urgence avec ds brulures au troisième degrés dans les oreilles... Je ne vais pas vous dire que c'est agréable, mais c'est loin d’être douloureux et cela ne dure qu'une minute. L'avantage de ca c'est qu'une fois fait vous avez des écouteur mieux adapté a la forme de votre oreille ce qui permet d'avoir un meilleur confort et une meilleure isolation passive. Il y a juste 2 choses que j'aime moins sur ces ecouteurs: 1- la batterie: au total on arrive (d’après logitech) a une durée total de 15 heures (écouteurs + boitier). Dans le meilleur des cas, j'ai réussi a tenir une douzaine d'heures, ce qui est peu par rapport a ce que dit logitech mais aussi et surtout par rapport a la concurrence. 2- le son: Il est bon mais je m'attendais a mieux. Concernant la puissance, aucun problèmes, le volume a fond est même douloureux pour les oreilles. Par contre les écouteurs manque un peu de précision. Rien de grave mais c'est a signaler. Conclusion: le son et la batterie auraient pu être meilleurs mais a cote de ca les écouteurs sont tellement pratique et confortable qu'on peut leur pardonner leurs erreurs.

Had these earbuds for a year now. They were my daily gaming headphones for about 3 months, but they aren't the most comfortable for long use. Battery life is OK, maybe marginally better than others. I've noticed after a year, if I don't have the case plugged in, the headphones will also be dead within 1-2 days even without use. I use them now for 1-2 hours at a time at work during meetings. The noise cancelling for this is great, and the mic quality is surprisingly good. However, I think the price point is outrageous for the battery and quality drop over the 1st year of owning them.
