Impeccably designed
Whilst the price tag might seem a touch high, Deuter has taken a good design and made it better. I bought the predecessor in 2015 and was so pleased with it that I insisted on getting this - 2024 version. This pack has all the bells and whistles. It is well manufactured and assembled. I am confident that it will last and wear well. I would not consider or recommend shifting brands if you are in the market for an all-purpose pack.

Bad Fit
I was sized at outfitting store and ordered the size they recommended. The straps would not adjust properly to fit my body and ride comfortably once my pack was loaded with 40 lbs of gear and ready to head out on a 30 mile trip with a group in the mountains. Luckily there were another brand of pack to use on the trip. Truly disappointed.

Awesome pack for the price.
Packed up about 45 lbs and had no problem with comfort. The pack seems durable and lightweight.
