This has really helped by back pain. After 6 months it only worked on the high setting but I called customer service and they sent me a new one even though it was out of warranty. I found out that you aren't suppose to lay on it. It is to be laid on top of the sore muscles.

Does as stated. It can get pretty hot so be aware and definitely do not fall asleep with it on. I would have preferred it to be a little longer, but it is nice and thick. It's nothing spectacular but is of good quality and will last. I have't had it more than a couple of months, so I'm not sure how durable the controls are going to be; also - the price could be a little lower. I'd say $45 would have been the high end of the price point, I think.

Works great for tight muscles, and I use it as a foot warmer in the winter. I wish the automatic shutoff had some options.

Purchased this in June 2024 and if officially stopped working on November 10, 2024. It did work well when it worked. It heated up fast and the heat was consistent. It stopped working without warning. I became aware of an odor like an electrical wires burning and noticed the light was flashing red but when the off button was pushed it continued to flash. I unplugged it for a while, plugged it back in later, it worked for a while and then repeated shutting off. Did this a couple of times and then trashed it. PLUS: I did not feel any advantage of this product over a regular heating pad.The store states this: Far infrared heat therapy temporarily relieves chronic pain, inflammation, menstrual cramps, minor muscle and joint pain, stiffness, arthritis pain, muscle spasms, and provides exceptional back pain relief.Nope! All I felt was heat.This last 5 months and I have a heating pad that I have had for 3 years that still works fine. The draw to this product was the Far Infrared feature. My advice if you are thinking about purchasing this-SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Mine worked from November 2024 to April 2025. Worked fine while it worked but wasn't any better than a regular heating pad. It's heavier than a standard heating pad but the heat is the same, as far as I can tell... I talked to their customer service and they were very helpful in that they are sending me a replacement. They said not to lean or lay on it as that can cause it to fail! I was using it on the couch and leaning on it on back some times and on my leg other times so I guess that caused it to fail? That's what they said. Anyways, they're replacing it as a courtesy though they did emphasize I voided the warranty by leaning on it.

The cover is velvety soft and it produces good, even heat. It's a good size, too! I returned this only because I found one that has tourmaline stones on it. I was very tempted to keep this one.

I love this heating pad and the company that makes it is exceptional! The pad is perfect for back pain (I had major spine fusion surgery in August 2024) but I think I rolled over onto it and damaged it (I'm over 200 lbs and tall), because after two months my controller stopped working: the red light would flash but the pad wouldn't turn on. I contacted PureEnrichment, the manufacturer, via Amazon, and they reached out to me and, due to my intense back pain, expedited a new heating pad to me without even requiring me to return the damaged one. They were genuinely concerned about my condition (I have more surgery coming up) and the fact that they responded so quickly and so kindly meant a lot to me. The pad is very well made and the fabric has a great feel to it; it's also a really good size. But above all, to find a company that cares so much and stands behind its products is both really encouraging and rare in today's world. Definitely 5 stars!
