Purchased the cooler for use on a cross country trip. It worked as it should, keeping the food cold. I mostly brought it into my hotel rooms at night so that it could stay plugged in, but a couple of nights it stayed in the car. The battery lasted overnight to retain the cold temperature. It should be noted that it was cool overnight, so I do not know how it would hold up in warmer weather. There is some noise when the compressor kicks in, but I would not call it loud or bothersome. The only downside is the weight. I wish it had easier to grip handles than the recessed handles. I would buy this again.

Received on time excellent condition. Waited 24 hrs to test instructions said 12 hrs I waited 24 it works flawlessly my upcoming trip will tell the story for sure but so far so good

Bought this last-minute for a five-state Road Trip. Worked great! Used it in the rear seat of a newer Toyota Highlander and with the front seat moved-up just a little, this set fine on the floor in front of one of the second-row rear seats.Do recommend not using the 12VDC Cord for long periods of time as in our car it overloaded it after a couple of hours and we had to switch to the in-car Inverter.

This thing really will go below 0F!Have had this at home for several months as a beverage cooler and separately as a deep freezer. Used this for a road trip and it was great, could freeze off the shelf drinks solid in a couple hours. I was worried it would blow a fuse in the car but no issues there, startup current is really low.Good size, but it does get heavy once it's full.

First impression reading the product info here on Amazon, it's gonna be junk. Surprise, it's not. Before I say anything else, this does NOT come with a battery. If you want one, make sure to order one separately.I live full-time in a small travel trailer. I winter down south, and summer up north. When I started this two years ago, I was limited to how much fresh food I could keep on hand, by the size of the little fridge in the unit. I wanted something that was dual-zone, but those are too big for my limited space. This unit is the perfect size to not be in the way, while being useful. Temperature holds steady at -2*f. I took out the center divider, freed up a surprising amount of room. For example, at the beginning of deer season, I got a small doe. Once processed, with nothing else in the freezer, all the venison fit.Last summer I drove from Texas to Indiana for an event, and brought the unit with me. No problems with condensation on the seat, and it cooled my drinks and sandwich fixings rapidly, and held temp at 35*f, where I set it. I'll be installing a dual 12v outlet, and seriously considering purchasing another before I head north. Getting good meat up north was problematic last time I was there.BTW this thing has run 99% of the time since I bought it, with no hiccups. I wish the blurb at the top that said this is a frequently returned item told us WHY it was returned. Anyways, this has far exceeded my expectations.

I'm loving this so far. Cools down extremely fast. Makes no noise. Size is perfect for what I need. I'm impressed with the quality. I hope it lasts.

Bought this a year ago and at first it worked well. However it just recently gave out. It seems to run but it does not cool anymore. I contacted customer support with a very detailed report of what had occurred, my thoughts on the cooler's premature demise, and my request for help with this matter. That was a couple of weeks ago and they simply ignored y concerns. I paid a lot for this cooler and I am very disappointed with it and especially with the nonexistent customer support that chose not to even acknowledge my concerns. I suppose it is just another company that only cares about the sale and not their customers or customer support.

This thing is amazing... it gets super cold super fast...
