Good backup
The USB drive arrived quickly. You do need to remove your case and download their software. I would also look at the user’s manual (available online too). You can transfer files by bringing up your internal photos, selecting & then going to the transfer arrows. It takes awhile if you have a lot of photos but it does work. The app automatically downloaded my videos. A connector is included so you can attach directly to your computer.

Convenient and easy to use.
This drive is exactly what I needed. The physical size of it is perfect, not too bulky and not too small to lose it easily. The 1T of memory is plenty. I’ve downloaded all of my pictures and videos along with several movies to watch on my trips and still have plenty of room left over. I am purchasing each of my family members one. The was a little worried when I took the manual out of the box that this flash drive would be complicated. Turns out it is uncomplicated and the manual is is very informative answering any and all questions you may have.

Damage my iPhone
My iPhone 14 pro max is now acting wierd and the charging port is starting get damage and not charge my phone and it might be because of this device because it start behaving in erroratic manner since I started using this drive and the picture would dispear from the drive after I transfer it from my iPhone and now my pictures are all lost. I was working only for the first few days but now it has been useless.
