I love this shampoo. I color my hair, have thick hair and pretty sensitive skin. I have never had a reaction to the shampoo. It leave my scalp and hair feeling clean and light.

I love this shampoo after using it at a Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, the bottle was not full so I am sending it back. For the price I wanted a full bottle. I do love this product though.

I travel a lot and finding a shampoo that works with different water is difficult. This shampoo works in New York,Los Angeles, Sarasota, Chicago aaaaannnnd it works just as well in Havana,Cuba. I train horses so I get dirty! This shampoo gets my hair clean yet it’s still soft and my crazy curly hair doesn’t get frizzy

The overall experience was marred by poor packaging, and I would highly recommend the manufacturer take extra care to better secure the product for shipping to prevent leaks.In conclusion, while the shampoo works well, the leaking bottle and lack of adequate packaging made this a less-than-ideal purchase. A more secure packaging design would greatly improve the customer experience.
