Q: The dimensions of the case you recommended are bigger than the dimensions listed for this one. Why did you say this one would be too big?

I don't remember what I was thinking when I said it. If it is too big and too sloppy as far as holding the phone inside the case, it might fall out. I had a previous case that was not quite big enough. I did cut the elastic on the sides a bit so the phone fit into the case. Worked for a while but elastic started giving out and had to buy new case and made sure it was big enough but not too big.

Q: Will this fit xs with incipio dual pro case?

Do not know. It has wiggle room in the case though

Q: Will this fit an iphone 11pro in an otterbox commuter case?

The product dimensions are 7.5 X 1.7 x 4.25 inches, according to Otterbox. You might want to double check those dimensions, but if that is correct, the answer is no, it will not fit. My iPhone 10 is a snug (but acceptable) fit using a simple protective case that I purchased from Amazon. Hope this helps. Dan
