Perfect for mini pot pies. I use these all the time to make pot pies that I then freeze for meal prepping. Got nothing to complain about here.

Have used 5 times for cream brûlée. Made pretty durable and stylish! Would purchase again.

I like these for baked custard. Good size of 12 oz. They are a little difficult to clean as they are not nonstick. Nonstick would be better. I set them in a pan with water for cooking.

I ordered this set of 6 ramekins specifically for individual chicken pot pies. They are the perfect portion at 12 ounces. The puff pastry fits nicely across the top and I confirmed it over the edge. They turned out beautifully. I really like the casual look of this pottery. A big plus was they arrived unbroken . They are packaged well in their own box and upon ordering I asked for Amazon packing as well. My previous order of a different brand of regular white ramekins arrived destroyed.
