I assume you are being deliberately obtuse? If you read the product description it states clearly that you get 6 packets each containing 10 pairs of pants = 60 pairs.

Q: Which way round are men supposed to wear these pants?

On the waistband there is a faint blue mark- this goes at the back.

Q: Are these suitable following a radical prostatectomy ?

Yes I had the operation in 2019 and I still wear them.Good luck.
