The Frog @Ease system was recommended to me by a spa tech I contacted to service my hot tub. I've been very happy with the results. It's super simple to use - just add the cartridges to the spa and replace once a month. It's kept the water in my spa very clean and I haven't experienced any problems. Great product!

Keeping hot tub water in ideal condition can be difficult. However, the Frog system makes it easier than any other method. We have used this product for an entire winter season and have been very pleased. At the start of this season (2025), we began using the remaining product we had from last season. The results were a bit off. So, I reached out to customer service and through several email, we determined a plan of action. The result was they shipped us a completely new set, to get the season started, at NO CHARGE! This is what customer service is all about. While we will have to continue to purchase refills, as we have done in the past, we didn't have to repurchase the entire kit. Next season we know what needs to be done to start the season with terrific water. Thank you to the Frog Team.

This is the only spa chemicals that I use.. my go to.. Love this brand and it is so convenient when the frog flips over to let you know that it is time to refill! Easy to use! Clean and fresh water & crystal clear too. Enough product for my spa at all times! Functions properly and fits exactly as it should.

I've been using the Frog @Ease floating system for hot tubs for years and it is quick and easy to use as a sanitizer. The mineral unit lasts about 4 months and the frog part gets changed about every 4 weeks, sometimes longer, depending on how much we use the tub. It can last longer just depending on how often the tub gets maintained and how often the tub is used. I always order a new unit when the tub gets emptied, cleaned and refilled, so that I'll have it on hand the next time we drain and clean our tub. Works great, fast service, and comes with great instructions, a bottle of water testing strips and a jump start packet.

The Frog @ease floating system is a convenient and low-maintenance way to keep your spa water clean and balanced. It does a great job of maintaining sanitation with less chlorine, and I’ve noticed the water stays clearer and feels softer on the skin. However, the instructions could be more clear—especially when it comes to what isn’t included in the kit. Important things like pH, Total Alkalinity (TA), and Calcium Hardness aren’t part of the package, but you still need to test and adjust those before using the system properly. It would be helpful if the manual highlighted those missing essentials a bit more upfront. Overall, it’s a great system once everything is balanced—but just be prepared to grab a few extra supplies to get started.

Don't settle for the knock off version. They are junk. We made that mistake and will never fall for it again. FROG is the one to purchase so that your hot tub water will stay looking great.

These are great for a Jacuzzi. You can just set it up and it takes care of it for you without all the hard work! I wish these were a little cheaper, but they are definitely cheaper than in store. And it’s worth it to not have to hassle with the Jacuzzi all the time.

Love this. It works just like it says. Toss it in and forget it & the chemicals are always in range now. The water even looks, feels and smells better. Perfect for someone like me who really doesn't know much about spa maintenance

The system works and water is very stable for the whole month. However chlorine is a little higher than I like even at 1 setting. I turn it off and on which does make it last longer and lower chlorine levels but you could leave it for a month at it would be good.

Love this system, it has been a game changer! I was fed up with the constant spa maintenance with other sanitization systems but this has made me love our tub all over again! Super easy and takes most of the work out of owning a hot tub. Good seller, have ordered multiple times and will continue to do so!

I don't know the capacity of the tub but it's for 4 people. The only person to yse the tub was me, dust last 2 weeks.

I’ve done it all. Tried it every way. We use our spa A LOT which means normal dichlor adds insane amounts of cya inside a month. This fixed it. Balance your water, throw in the frog. Add some enzyme and shock once a week and enjoy effortless sparkling water. We can go 6 months in winter and when we clean there is ZERO biofilm or build up. Everything is just pure. Great product.

Been a hot tub owner for over 15 year. Thought this would be great for a reduced chemical smell, it's not. Bromine is still a better product.
