So - was initially unimpressed that one of the boxes was ripped in transit and subsequently discovered an essential piece was missing. A quick email to the seller and they sent out a replacement piece straight away - so excellent customer service.As for the racks themselves - packaged in three boxes that seem too small to hold them, so well packaged. BUT the instruction sheet in all three was destroyed to varying degrees by the metal stacked on top. That said, they're not too difficult to work out how to put together.Putting together was not easy - the metal tends to distort and some of the joints are really tight. I strongly recommend a pair of work gloves whilst putting these together. The provided mallet was a nice addition - not great quality, but was up to the task. Once put together, the racks are very nice - solid and good looking. The feet and top caps were a joke though - so badly distorted that the few I could actually fit wouldn't stay on, or unbalanced the racks. You can dispense with these, and will probably have to.Overall, I was pretty impressed all round - delivery was prompt, as was the customer service response to my issue.

Excellent service by Happy Monkey Ltd and excellent product.We ordered at 11.30 am and the shelving arrived at 9 am the following day – less than 24 hours. We didn’t even have to pay for delivery because there was a “free delivery” offer.It took a couple of hours to erect the three bays. The instruction booklet was good – and certainly better than the normal sheet of dire hand drawn diagrams that you get from many companies. The ESSENTIAL rubber hammer was included in the price.The metal frames are much thicker and sturdier than ones that we have bought in the past. They fit together reasonably easily although some of the slots needed to be eased gently with an old screwdriver (not supplied!!). It’s a bit fiddly at times and this slows the process down. However, the end result is an amazingly strong structure. Well worth the money. Having fitted out the shed, we will buy some more for the garage.Well done Happy Monkey Ltd.

I spent literally ages comparing brands and suppliers and eventually settled on these. I bought 3 sets for the garage. They are sturdy, you do need a rubber mallet to whack some of the shelves into the uprights but I expected this. You definitely need an extra pair of hands when you start the assembly, just to hold the uprights until you've got the first two lower shelves in. Once the lower shelves are in it's pretty plain sailing and the rest will go together very quickly once you're into a rhythm. I've got all manner of plastic crates containing everything from Christmas decorations to Landrover parts and power tools loaded on them and they are more than capable of taking it. Very happy with them. Don't bother about the plastic feet, they are useless but you don't need them. Good solid shelving at the best price I could find.

The shelves arrived on time and the packaging was good. It helps to have somebody to assemble. But once you have the 1st shelve in place, it is easy to assemble the rest of the unit on your own. You only need the small rubber mallet (supplied and in one of the boxes) to put the shelves together. I used two of the units in half (so a 2 and 3 set of shelves), and one fully assembled set of five shelves. The garage is now tidy and organised.

Very strong and well built shelving that is simple to put together. This has transformed my garage from impenetrable dumping ground to highly organised man cave - brilliant! I read loads of reviews that questioned the build quality of other systems. All the reviews for this one were excellent and I also found this to be the case. My 4 year old son helped me put this together so it really is that simple. Very reasonably priced and it came the day after I ordered. You can select the height for all shelves and there are holes to bolt shelving units together and to secure to the wall.If you're after solid, strong shelving for storage there is no point looking anywhere else. Oh, and they throw in a free mallet - bargain.

Ok, I was not sure what to expect but this is a reasonably good product. The metal used is thickened the paint thick as well. The MDF shelves are not too thick but did not buckle at all with the load so they are adequate. Now, putting this together has actually a learning curve, the first one was a bit fiddly but I put the rest together very quickly. They are reasonably solid and undoubtedly will take anything you load. The mallet provided is small and light. It is very useful as it is light but I had to use my very heavy rubber mallet for some pieces that refuse to sit properly. Overall I would by again. Good value for money I think

This is good, strong shelving which is easy to assemble with 450 deep MDF shelves (unlike some which are only 300.) My only gripe is that despite Amazon completing the sale with £30 or so delivery charge, the company then contacted me asking for a further £60 by direct transfer. (I live in a remote area in Scotland.) Not really good enough when people use the Amazon platform to generate sales by quoting a reasonable charge but then impose additional costs themselves. I could, of course, have cancelled, but the price was, in fact, still quite good compared with the competition. It just irks when vendors do this sort of thing, giving customers the idea they have got a great deal then breaking the bad news of additional, substantial costs.

Excellent delivery service. Plenty of information as to when delivery could be expected. Advised via email on the morning of the delivery the time it would be arriving at my home. The racking was not too simple to put together because it was difficult to get some of the pegs to slip into the slots. The overall result is that the racking bays look good now they are assembled, and there is plenty of room on the shelves to accommodate lots of items.
