I wish I had known about this product back when I got my first Bissell Wet Dry Vacuum, which I absolutely love. I like the scent of this product. I use it every time I am done using my Wet Dry Vac. You simply pour it into the self clean tray for the roll and turn your machine on. It keeps my machine and its components, as well as the brush roll, free of bad odors that can develop over time. I've noticed also a great improvement in the smell and condition of the filter that is part of my vacuum. As far as pricing, I do wish this was less expensive. But I will also say that it does last for a decently long time. I wash my floors once a week.

My Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro was starting to smell very musty and stinky when I cleaned my floors. After some research on how to clean it, I found this product. After 1 month of using it on a weekly basis, I can confidently say that this product is a MUST. The foul smell was gone from my Crosswave after the first use, and has not returned. I can also visibly see a difference in how clean the roller brush is after cleaning my dirty floors! I can tell this product will last me awhile as well, as there is well over half of the jug left after 4 uses. I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants to make sure they take great care of their Crosswave!

Good product. Worked as intended

First Impressions & How I Use It: The bottle arrived sealed and in perfect shape, though I could still smell the scent faintly through the box. Luckily, it smells really nice—fresh and clean without being too strong. I use it in my Dreame Vac since I’ve retired my old Bissell vacuum mop, and even though it’s technically a cleanout formula, it still works great for general floor cleaning too. What I Like: The scent is fantastic and makes the whole area smell freshly cleaned. A little bit goes a long way, which means the bottle lasts quite a while. It lifts up dirt and leaves my floors looking bright and refreshed when used in the right amount. I also like that it’s versatile enough to work well in a non-Bissell machine without any issues. What I Don’t Like: It’s easy to go overboard, and when you do, it’ll definitely streak your floors. You really need less than you think, so it takes a bit of experimenting to get it just right. Once you dial that in, though, it performs beautifully. Would I Recommend It: Yes, absolutely. It smells great, cleans effectively, and works even beyond its original purpose. Just be sure to use a light hand with it—you’ll get better results and a streak-free shine.

I love the Freshstart Step. This product is keeping the vacuum clean and fresh. So pleased Bissell solved the one issue I had with our old crosswave.
