**NOTE: I would give this a 4.5 if I could, but I've rounded it up to five stars for the purpose of this review.** Despite my hesitation at the negative reviews I bought this package with money from my family for Christmas, after using a 6 year old laptop for games. It was high time for an upgrade. And i'm so glad i did! Though the price may seem high you do get a lot with this order, all of which is good quality and has served me well over the past few months. The PC itself is fast, doesn't overheat and can play the latest games at a reasonably high graphics setting. I had a minor issue with Windows 10 after an update (the start bar wouldn't appear and some icons could not be clicked), but I must stress that this is Microsoft's fault, not Vibox. Restarting the computer fixed the issue immediately. The monitor is sharp and clear and the keyboard is very good; there have been no key jams thus far. The mouse is reliable, but feels a lillte light in the hand and cheaper than others I have used. This and the fact that i would like a mouse with more side buttons for MMO gaming means that I plan to replace it in the future, but this is not a pressing concern; the provided mouse works well. The headset is the only part of this package i am not particularly pleased with. The ear pieces become uncomfortable quickly, and personally, I found that my ears began to hurt after about an hour. My biggest issue is that the microphone did not work at all and this particularly frustrated me as one of the main reasons i bought a PC is so that I could play online with my friends, and therefore needed a microphone to speak to them. I bought a replacement headset (A Logitech G430 Surround Sound Gaming Headset - which i highly recommend. It's the best headset I've ever used!) and the provided headset is now used for my PS4, which i use less often than my PC. Overall, I highly recommend this package. I have seen worse PCs sell for a higher price, and for all that you get this is a fair amount. If you are a more hardcore gamer, I would suggest replacing the mouse, headset and possibly the keyboard later on, but this is an excellent starting point! JAG :)

We purchased this computer on an Amazon lightning deal on Prime day. My son had been after a powerful computer for a while, as he makes music and needs a decent machine to do this. The computer arrived and was a little fiddly to set up (monitor was supplied with two leads, but didn't say which one we should use!). When my son got it up and running, the included wifi dongle (WHY is it not built in?!) wouldn't find our router (but found every other one on the street!), I had to reconfigure our router in order for it to be found. Just to clarify, this wasn't an issue with our router, as all of our other electronic devices (tablets, phones, computer) have never had any issues finding/connecting to it. Even after this computer recognised the router, it was hit and miss as to whether it would connect. Sometimes it would take half an hour or more to connect! Then my son got the "black screen of death" (personally, I preferred it when it was blue, more colourful!), contacted Vibox who recommended he booted from the Windows disk as it was probably a driver issue. My son followed their instructions and the computer worked again, but only for a few days when it just wouldn't load. My son reinstalled Windows (lost a bunch of his work in doing so, so very upset about it!) as there wasn't anything else to do, but after so doing, the computer reverted back to the black screen (would load the Windows logo, then nothing). I contacted Amazon who said they could either refund, or partial refund so we could pay to get it fixed! Not a chance, this PC has been nothing but trouble from the start and we want to get rid of it so we can go to PC Specialists and get one that actually works! So now it sits in our dining room, boxed up again (not an easy task!!!), waiting for the courier tomorrow. We now have to wait for the money to come back into our account (could be 10 days or more!) before we can buy another, which is upsetting and annoying at the least - my son relies on a computer to make his music, which is his obsession (he is Autistic and music is his thing!). To rub salt into the wound, Amazon have refused to offer a voucher of goodwill for all the hassle caused by this infernal machine! Lesson learned, never buy a Vibox PC!

A good price for what you get, the ease of having everything included is absolutely fantastic (well, you'll need speakers). It is hard to fault this deal, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mid to high end gaming rig. That is, apart from one minor and one slightly more major issue. First, when it was delivered, the graphics card was not attatched, meaning it was rattling around inside the computer case, and even scratched the clear plastic when it had been in transit. Now, this seems to be the only damage, and it was a simple matter to attach the card, so no worries there. However, the one issue I have with this PC is the the CPU fan is extremely loud, I'm talkinh FAR beyond what it should be. It's possible the unattatched graphics card damaged my fan, so I would recommend it, and I'm awaiting a response from the seller on what they might do for me.

Non avevo intenzione di comprarmi un computer da gaming, ma poi ho trovato questo computer a 300€. Si vede subito che è stato assemblato da esperti, infatti i fili sono tutti nascosti dietro, è tutto molto ordinato, in modo che potete godere dello spettacolo dal lato del case trasparente. Il computer è esteticamente molto bello, crea un bellissima atmosfera di notte. Appena l'ho accesso ho notato che la ventola della CPU girava sempre al massimo dei giri, ma è bastato attivare il quiet fan dal bios per renderla meno rumorosa. In oltre ho notato che non c'era una ventola di espulsione, ma ce ne era una di immissione. Spostata la ventola di immissione sopra, in modo che buttasse l'aria fuori, la temperatura è diventata costante. Un altro fattore che ha creato rumore è l'hard disk: le vibrazioni dell'hard disk erano molto forti perché i tappetini di gomma non erano di qualità. Una volta aggiunti i tappetini di gomma col biadesivo, il computer è diventato silenzioso. Buono l'abbinamento della gtx 750ti con un fx4300, non si verifica bottleneck, e i 16gb di ram e 1tb di hard disk non impongono limiti. Grazie a questo computer ho potuto godere di capolavori come dishonored, bioshock infinite e deus ex human revolution, tutti a frame per secondo perfetti. Nonostante le manualità che ho dovuto fare sono pienamente soddisfatto. La cosa che mi ha spinto a dare 5 stelle è che se avessi assemblato questo computer con gli stessi componenti avrei pagato anche di più!

Ordenador completo era un regalo para mi hijo está súper contento y con tollos CD-R de instalaciones muy rápido

Es genial el ordenador, viene con un panel de información que te indica si esta nuy caliente, la temperatura la pone en formato digital, te dice el tiempo que lleva encendido y para jugar a juegos tipo moba es genial y maravilloso. Funcionan genial

Equipo inclompleto. No llegaron ni pantalla, ni teclado. Solamente cpu y a la cpu le faltaban componentes como la tarjeta grafica y la memoria. Una verguenza. Devolvi el equipo y me reintegraron el dinero. Solamente 15 dias con el dinero retenido. Muy mal en este caso la atencion al cliente de amazon.
