I am really happy with this computer, I have gotten out of it more than I thought I would. It has been just what I wanted and I look forward to using :) easy to set up and wonderful to have, it's very fun when lit up and adds a really nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately this gaming pc would not load games and the screen was glitching. It seems it was not powerful enough to play the latest games for my lad. I messaged the seller several times and I was willing to pay for an upgrade or whatever it took to get it working. The seller only responded to tell me that they don't work weekends but did not respond to resolve the issue. Finally I contacted Amazon directly who were amazing. They refunded me the purchase and told me to dispose of the pc. I have purchased another gaming pc and my lad finally has something that works well. The customer service from this seller to me, was non-existent.

Ordered this for Xmas for my son, arrived super quick! I’ve plugged the PC in today to test it and set it up and it’s great. So pleased with it, my son will love it!

My 9 year old: Very good for gaming, I primarily play Roblox and Minecraft, quite happy about the machine, little slow to boot but still pretty quick, I'm very happy with it good cheap machine. Me (purchaser): For the money (I paid £399) this seems like a great entry level gaming machine. Nice to have the separate graphics card, would have been great to have an SSD (hence the comment on slow booting), but you can't have everything at this price. It's not going to play AAA games, or at least not with the graphics options set high, but it'll be good for a lot. The case is very nice, tempered glass side, remote control for the fans and lighting, and it's very tidy inside, the company selling this obviously value good cable management. It also does look pretty cool when it's all lit up, every nine year olds dream. I've given tech support 4 stars just because there were clear instructions of what to do if you found an issue, and a follow up email. We haven't needed to contact support though. The monitor had a very slight defect, by not noticeable during use, so I didn't bother going back to them. The whole bundle was very well packaged.

The computer itself is amazing for the price runs Minecraft and other games smoothly along with very easy setup. Delivery on the other hand was not great and I had to contact the delivery company I would recommend ordering this a few weeks before you need it but over all an amazing deal

Was quick delivery and was easy to set up. Tho had some issues with monitor. Wouldn’t pick up connection from pc. They did offer replacement but I had a son who was impatient so ordered new monitor and WiFi connection due to not being strong enough. Now pc is working how it should. Happy ending and all working good. Definitely will use company again for future projects.
