Great product. Provides good cushioning for the knees and is the right thickness. It has a good grip in the mat and doesn’t slide around during a yoga flow practice. Ideal!

A usable product. Found it softer than the one I bought earlier from Amazon. But no round, slightly scooped out knee marker that are features of some other products. On balance, I prefer the other product.

I have never used cushions before but these are definitely a game changer ! Your joints are well protected as you practice advance asanas on any hard surface. They are extremely light weight so very easy to carry along even while you travel. Also, a good buy for your elderly parents as they may want to use some cushioning under their knees for their regular yoga practice. They will make for a good gift this holiday season . 👍

I bought this over others like decathlon one or strauss because it's thickness was mentioned as 20mm while theirs was only 15mm. I thought more thickness means softer on the knees. I was wrong!It has no cushioning at all, feels just like a thick lump of somewhat soft wood. Probably the worst purchase i have ever made on a fitness product. Can't comment about the above mentioned brands because i haven't tried them yet but stay away from these if you need it to cushion your knees while doing kneeling Exercises.
