I've just finished my second pack and I'm taking these alongside zinc to eradicate my skin tags and it seems to work. In fungi we shall trust 😁, they are amazing creatures. No side effects, no bad after taste, easy to swallow capsules and vegan.

I work and study full time so frequently find myself tired, stressed and burnt out. I read about how this supplement boosts the immune system and helps the body and mind to better deal with stress both in the short and long term. I started taking these last spring and since have noticed I’ve been unwell only once (much less than previously) and now feel I can continue with a busy lifestyle without worrying about health problems in future. I definitely will continue taking it as I feel overall better for it! One pot lasts 30 days (recommended dose is 2 tablets daily) so it’s pretty great value for money!

It was recommended by a friend that it helps with HPV. I bought 3, and am happy with it. I recommend it too because it work for the purpose.

TOO EXPENSIVE You have to take 2 capsules for 500mg dose. Most studies show that 3000 mg daily is most effective. Not worth the price. Better to just order shiitake mushroom extract . Quarter of the price.

I have been taking this for a year and rarely get ill and feel energised. I brought this as a friend recommended it for HPV. I know am negative after taking it. Don’t know if it’s a coincidence or whether this has helped. But if this is the reason you are thinking of taking I recommend.!

This is one of the best and cost-effective AHCC product. I recommend one capsule per day, on an empty stomach, at least half an hour prior to any food, to be taken. I prefer to open the capsule and to pour into some drinking (pure water or herbal natural tea, with no chemicals). It is good for protecting against viral infections, too, and against stealth intra-cellular pathogens. The basic explanation consists in the fact that any intra-cellular pathogens try to switch off the TNT-alpha production, impeding the self-destruction of the infected cell, and reducing the proliferation of NK cells, specialized on such infections. But AHCC is switching on this TNT-alpha production, among other benefits, and creates a hostile environment for the intra-cellular agents. Also, any intra-cellular agent has two main reservoirs: one in active duty, and other at rest (hibernation). The part that is active rotate periodically to rest, and vice-versa. In the hibernation there is no way to destroy the pathogen, but when it become active, there is the chance to destroy actively, or to create a hostile environment to his proliferation, a kind of passive defense. AHCC on this case creates on long term a hostile environment for the proliferation of such pathogen, simply by increasing the self-destruction of the infected cells and the activation of NK cells that signals to the infected cells to self-destroy. Therefore, the first results are coming after six months of taking daily. The amount from this product it is ok for maintenance. For curing, there is the need to increase. From the experience of some relatives that has taken AHCC (not this product, but with higher dosage), the remission of different pathologies happened.
