Very good for irritated skin
Our 36kg Labrador has a skin allergy and a thyroid problem, both of which make his skin and coat itchy and dull. He hates having a bath but when we can corral him in the bathroom, which is a feat in itself as he prefers to stay well away from it, and insert him into the bath (think Labrador shaped starfish) then this is a lovely shampoo. It smells very nice, not too strong a scent, just clean and pleasant. It lathers well, rinses out completely and does seem to soothe his skin for a while and make his coat a little softer and shinier. As for the bathroom afterwards? Well... I'll leave that to your imagination.

I was lucky to receive this at all
I was lucky that I received this at all. The "packaging" consisted of a common or garden thin brown envelope which provided no protection whatsoever to my product. The worse thing was that this envelope had torn all down one side and it was a miracle that I received it at all. If the bottle had been broken there would have been a tidy, sticky, mess that could've ruined other people's belongings. I've taken a star off for this.The shampoo smells lovely and is great for my Westie's dry skin, a common problem with this breed. I would certainly recommend this product for this.

My poor old cat.
My poor old cat Bella can't wash too well. Now we shower her with this shampoo every month and she has stopped scratching and smells great. It's really helped the poor old girl.
