I have wanted a pastry mat for sometime. It is easy to be a little messy when using flour, sugar, butter etc. I love to bake - especially deserts! This mat covers some territory on my kitchen island. I can roll more dough at one time. The mess I make stays on the mat, not the counter top. It is incredibly easy to clean, towel dry and then roll it up for next time. To me it seems like it provides a clean surface every time. The mat stays in place. I also purchased a French rolling pin which makes it easier to roll a larger surface area. This mat rolls up small so it can be stored on the side or front of a drawer. This is a great product.

I love, love, love this pastry mat! I use it for making pie shells, pasta dough,, cookies, etc. Because of the size it is extremely versatile..It is super easy to clean and after washing it I either hang it outside or drape it over the cover to my washing machine. Once dried it is so easy to fold up and put back into the plastic storage bag it came in. I would absolutely buy it again for myself or for a gift.

I make lots of cut-out cookies and this larger silicone mat is perfect for rolling out cookies. It is very large and works well with cookie dough. So glad I finally made this purchase.

I received it fast, it worked great, it is nice and thick but very flexible, love the size, the it came with a brush and a scraper/cutter and the came in handy and worked great

I can't really say it's easy to clean. It has a slightly tacky surface, so crumbs and flour tend to adhere to it. I use the tissue paper it came in to roll it back up after use, as it is tacky and I don't want it to stick to itself. It's *huge*!! Which I wanted, but I don't think I really realized how big it was! Not complaining, I was just a bit surprised. I can roll out anything on it without it going off the sides. The little brush that comes with it is pretty pathetic, so if you need one, don't count on this one. The scraper is fine.

These are very nice. They are thin silicone and of a uniform thickness with a cloth embedded in the middle. I use them in the kitchen but I also use them, (not the same ones), in the shop for glue-ups. They're perfectly flat and wood glue doesn't stick to them.

Totally pathetic quality checks. The product is NOTHING LIKE WHAT IS ADVERTISED and the item is 60 x 40 cm and far too small in comparison to the size given (80 x 60). How could sellers do this and cheat their customers…

This mat is exactly as it was advertised. It's durable, its a great size. It's everything we wanted in a baking mat.
