My daughter-in-law recommended this to me - it plumps lips and leaves them soft and shiny. Can be used alone or on top of a lip stain or lipstick. I always have one on hand!

The product is has great moisturizing properties, but, except for a little tingling, no plumping was to be had. Will keep for the moisturizing, still looking for plumping product.
