Q: what are the ingredients?

Ingredients are not listed on the packaging. Check their website: freshguardclean.comI would not recommend this product for clear aligners or clear retainers as it will cause a yellow discoloration.

Q: I inhaled some of it while pouring it, should I be worried?

This is my biggest complaint with this product: no matter how you open it, mo matter how far away from your face or how much you hold your breath it always feels like you inhaled some! Would not recommend

Q: How often should I use this product ? Daily Weekly ? or as needed ?

I use it weekly. It takes less than 10 minutes, but gives a good clean feeling. I think daily would be too much for the crystals. There is a Fresh Guard wipe that is great for daily use. Both work well. I hope this helps.

Q: Do you just pour the powder in the water or does it need to be stirred?

I pour the packet in and stir the liquid and immediately drop my mouth guard in. Let it soak for 10 minutes until the water settles out clear. While it is soaking I clean the case to get all the residue out of there. Sometimes I have will use a tooth brush on the mouth piece at the end just to make sure to get all the stuff off. It smells much better than when I just rinse it with water. I wash the mouth piece off and put it back in the case. It is as easy as that.
