They’re new. They’re the full price. Quality great. They have to be firsts.

Q: Could you hang these on a wall with command strips

They are full size dinner plates so would need to be strong adhesive

Yes they are same flowers as in picture. I had already bought some items from TK Maxx which I was delighted with and decided to replace our 30yrs + plates with these. They're really lovely as well as functional - not flimsy, dishwasher safe, we love them and use them every day. Too nice to keep for special occasions. Hope this is helpful.
